What it covers
- Up to 80% of tuition, lab and registration fees for four years (HU EOP)
- Up to 100% support via HU TOPS for national-board applicants
- Additional need-based grants (non-repayable) based on family finances
Who can apply
- Studying in a BISE, Federal Board or AKU-EB and completing HSSC-II by September 2027
- AKU-EB: 70% in SSC and HSSC; BISE/FBISE: 75% SSC (science) or 70% (other groups) and 70% HSSC
- Program-specific subject requirements for CS, EE and CE
- Need-based aid assessed from financial aid application at admission

- Duplicate entries across series lead to disqualification.
- Merit scholarships are only awarded at admission, not later.
- Budget for enrollment fee, deposit and living costs, which EOP does not cover.
